Most likely caused by server caching. * Have you tried turning off all caching solutions on your website, whether they are plugins or provided by your hosting company? * Also, please attach a copy of your site’s System Status report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”( after you scroll down a bit)”.
