# Error saving data

 * Hi,
 * On another website, with the same version of WP, the same version of CCF, I have
   this message : “Error saving data! Please try again. Error debug information:”
   and nothing else.
 * Disabled, de-installed, dropped tables in SQL…
 * Please help,

 * Please, follows the steps below:
 * 1. Go to the plugins section in your WordPress.
 * 2. Deactivates/Activates the plugin (and install the latest version if corresponds)
   to be sure the plugin checks the database’s structure, and creates new columns
   if are needed.
 * 3. And finally, clear the browser’s cache.
 * If the issue persist, do not hesitate in send me the access to your WordPress
