# Error Retrieving Dispute

 * I am having a problem with WooPayments, I can’t select Payments from the menu
   on the lefthand side. I can only go through WooCommerce Settings to access some
   payment options. I wanted to complete setup but I noticed that my account says
   rejected and denied and temporarily suspended. Please help.

   appear.
