# Error Reconnect Automatic Post Syncing

 * Hi Sir
 * I have used pro 3.2.1 plugin, on staging (sub domain) it is working fine but 
   when i moved the site to live, on clicking “Reconnect Automatic Post Syncing”
   button it is shooting an error “while calling undefined. Please clear the plugin
   transient cache and try again. Error status code: 504” and “access denied”
 * I would appreciate if you could help me with some solution.

 * Hey there,
 * Usually this is either due to a plugin conflict or various web server restrictions.
   Here’s what I would try.
 * First, check for a plugin conflict by deactivating all your other plugins and
   trying again.
 * If that doesn’t work, there’s a good chance it’s because your web server is running
   out of memory, OR it has hit the max execution time during the syncing process.
   Both of these things can be increased below:
