Error purchasing shipping label

Almost all my shipping both domestic and international is done through USPS. Everything works perfectly in those cases, however now I’m attempting to ship a package with DHL and when I go to purchase the shipping label it’s not working. I receive the error, ‘There was a problem purchasing your shipping label. Please try again in a moment.’ I’ve checked with the credit card and the transaction is going through and processing, but is then immediately refunded back. I’m not sure where the problem lies or how to fix.

Thanks for reaching out!
I am checking our logs, and it looks like the error is appearing on DHL Express label purchases because the shipment needs a contact phone.

Before purchasing the label, can you please ensure that the destination and origin addresses both include a phone number?
In the customs form, you’ll also likely need an “HS Tariff number” to ship the item internationally.

Our apologies for the error message not being clear when purchasing the international label, we’re working on improving that and making it less generic!

In the meantime, let me know if including the phone number helps!

Thanks for the response. It was indeed the lack of a customer phone number that was preventing the shipping label purchase.
