• We have a strange issue. We updated the plöugin today and now if the xustomer sdds a bundle to the cart id ads the bundle but also adds all products individually so the customer pays doubble. The cart and the checkout page only display the bundle and no sigle products but the price is for the bundle plus all products individually. This is very strange and we never had this issue before. Appreciate Your help.

The Problem lies in the setting: “Disable auto calculate price. If checked, click here to set price by manually.” if i check this box and set a manual price it ads both the manual price and the individual prodiuct price to the cart! I guess this is a bug. i fix it by using the autocalc option now.

false alarm, the fix only works for some bundles, very random!
Is it possible to downgrade the plugin again somehow? Of is there a fix you can provide?

    Hi @leogrape,

I checked our demo site of WPC Product Bundles but there is no issue as you mentioned. You can check demo sites in the below link.
    https://demo.wpclever.net/woosb/

There might be an incompatibility with your theme and other plugins

In order to check if this is an issue triggered by another plugin or from inside our plugin, please follow my below instructions. I need to make sure that our plugin is functional with the basic WooCommerce & theme on your site or not.

    – Create a full backup of your site and keep it in a safe place.

    – Updates all current active plugins on your site to the latest versions, and so do WooCommerce and WordPress, too.

    – Switch the theme on your site to the WPClever theme.

    – Deactivate all other plugins, except for WooCommerce & our plugin.

    – Check the front-end behavior.

Please follow these steps. If after taking these steps and our plugin is working again, then it’s another plugin or theme on your site that has caused this, you can find that out by deactivating plugins one by one to find the culprit.

    Best regards.

You can downgrade manually the old version as the following video https://www.screencast.com/t/AZvOSYlhczb7?fbclid=IwAR2JD1ZbXN7wy8TaRpMILQrRpU9HGM-xSeRxp-0BNN83Mbt8_68OpTXBFuU

    Regards,

Hi, we notice the same issue: Products prices are counted double, if a composite product is added to the shopping cart. This occurs since the last update.

    Theme: Beaver Builder Theme
    Shop Site: https://pglu.ch/produkt/klassensatz-roboter/

    What can we do?

    Thanks
