    Hi,

    We are trying to have paypal payments on our website but whenever we try to process an order it says “Error processing checkout. Please try again.”

    I have tried reconnecting with Paypal through Woocommerce to refresh the credentials but it does not help. Any ideas on what we can do to fix this?

    I managed to get credit card payments to work by upgrading the version of the Woocommerce Paypal Payments Plugin version to 1.6.5. But now customers can’t pay by Paypal directly. Any ideas?

    I don’t know if this actually works for everybody but FOR ME it did. I disabled a javascript optimization plugin called “Async JavaScript”at least on the cart/checkout page. Make sure to disable all JavaScript optimizer plugins and give it a try again.

    I see that this ticket was overlooked, my apologies for that. However, the details that were provided for this case are not sufficient in order to give you a solution or a valuable response. In order to do this, we would need to get the back-end error that you can get from the logs here: WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments…” in the dropdown and click on view.
    Be sure that you need to have the logging function activated in our plugin. You can do that here: WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > PayPal > “Logging”.

    If you are still having this issue, please open a new thread, with these details and we will help you out. Since this thread is very dated I will mark it as resolved.
