 * Here is what I see in my error log.

   failed.

 * I have downgraded from 1.6.3 to 1.6.2 and payments are working as normal.

   seems to be a valid one since it works for him. If that works for you as well:
   great! However, if this is not working for you, we would like to review your 
   logs and the system report to identify if your situation might be related to 
   an already known issue. You can copy the logfiles from here: – WooCommerce > 
   Status > Get system report > Copy for support – WooCommerce > Status > Logs >
   select “woocommerce-paypal-payments-integration-\[…\]” in the dropdown and click
   on view.

   have added the status to a ticket.
    This is the only log entry. Time stamp seems
