# Error Processing Checkout.. Please Try Again

 * Hi guys, my website is showing an error on my checkout page.
    I’m not able to
   troubleshoot this issue even though I tried many different things. Do you have
   any ideas what might be causing it?
 * The error is showing only when I choose a specific payment gateway.
    When I click
   order now is supposed to redirect me to the payment gateway’s url, instead this
   error is shown.
 * I tested the plugin on a locally hosted site and it worked.

 * This may be an issue with the gateway, or any other plugins conflicting with 
   it.
 * Which gateway are you using when this happens? If it has a logging function, 
   I suggest you enable that, for more details on the failures of the orders (and
   perhaps place a test order to test whether all orders are affected, or it was
   a once-off).
