# Error Pre-Launch Checklist

 * I can’t complete the setup during Confirm store requirements step.
 * When I try to check the Pre-Launch Checklist, I get the following for every item
   in list:
 * > There was an error trying to save settings. Please try again later.

 * Interesting – that appears to be a vague error, so in this case double check 
   your user information and make sure it is not duplicating it or rejecting it.
   This can be done via [this link](https://woocommerce.com/document/google-listings-and-ads/#set-up-your-accounts)(
   scroll down past the image, to the `If you are facing issues` option and try 
   the steps).
