Error posting to Tumblr

Whenever I’m doing a cross post I get the error “{“meta”:{“status”:400,”msg”:”Bad Request”},”response”:{“errors”:[“Error uploading photo.”]}}” but only for tumblr and not twitter, the other social media I’m testing on.
