I've just uploaded the plugin and when I clicked on "activate" the screen turned white and I couldn't access my backend any more.

    My website is http://www.tu-entorno.com

    Please, could you help me?

  2. That's not good. Try these steps to see if you can get access to your WordPress dashboard again.

    1. Using FTP or whatever file management tools your host has provided you with navigate to the wp-content/plugins directory.
    2. Once there locate and delete the canvas-advanced-addons directory. Just that one directory and nothing else.
    3. Try and re-login to your WordPress dashboard.

If it's that plugin then that should fix it for you.

Hello, thanks for your answer. I cannot delete the plugin using ftp for some reason. Any ideas?

Hello again. I tried renaming it and it worked! I have deleted it now from the plugins page.

  5. Renaming it worked for you, that's good. ;)

It maybe that your file permissions do not support deleting files. Check with your host, they should be able to delete that now renamed directory for you.

Edit: Whoops! I missed this part.

I have deleted it now from the plugins page.

I'm still glad you sorted it out. ;)
