# Error pls help

 * I have installed the plugin as per instructions
 * however i keep getting the following errors and cannot get it to work please 
   help

 * please help as your plugin seems to be exactly what we are looking for and would
   really like to use it

 * I just replied to your email, but will copy my reply here. It sounds like Charitable
   was not uploaded to your website correctly. Could you try deleting it and then
   completely re-uploading & installing it?
 * Regarding the error with `get_custom_campaign_meta_fields()` after you add a 
   campaign, could you get in touch with the developer of your theme to find out
   why this is happening? The error is not originating from Charitable and appears
   to be theme-related.

 * The matter is that we do not guarantee the third-party plugins compatibility 
   with the theme and thus there is not much we can advise regarding this. There
   are tons of different plugins available and we
    cannot ensure compatibility with
   the theme for all of them. Appreciate your understanding.

 * I’m afraid not [@petsreturnhome](https://wordpress.org/support/users/petsreturnhome/).
   I never heard back from Mario but seems like this theme just isn’t compatible
   with Charitable.
