Error: Please try after some time

    Hello,

    I installed the plugin few days ago and some subscribers were already able to subscribe via the plugin. But from today on I (and other) receive the error message “please try after some time” after pushing the register button. Anonther error message was “Service temporarily unavaiblabe – The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try later again.”

    Are you having any server problems at this time?

    Meanwhile I tried to change vom double opt-in to single opt-in optoin, but this is also not possible, as I’m unable to save the new settings within the plugin. I receive only the option to save the admin.php file locally.

    @marcus82,

    receive the error message “please try after some time” after pushing the register button.

    Please refer FAQ 5 from here.

    Anonther error message was “Service temporarily unavaiblabe – The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try later again.”

    Can you please contact your Server Administrator / Host Provider and mention the error message to them. They’ll be able to help you better.

    What it has got to do with our server? The plugin is installed on your site and on your server.

    Can you please confirm that you are using the latest version 3.3.4 of Email Subscribers? If not, update plugin and then have a re-check with the functionality.
    With respect to admin.php file, why are seeing option to save file locally?

    I’m using the latest version of the plugin and I’m getting the same error.

    Hi i am also having the same issue on one of client website and form was not submitting.
    when i update the plugin the pages seems to be blank after submit subscribes
