Error: Please Select a different time slot

Hi i foillowed this Youtube tutorial. I added one pizza with the option of selecting one size. However when i try to checkout i keep getting:
Error: Please select a different time slot
I checked my delivery times and they are set from 10am to 9pm which means it should work. I only enabled test payment not sure if thats the reason or not.

Edit: Wait nevermind for some reason even though i rollback WordPress just auto updates it back to 2.5 >.>
