 * I´m not a developer but my debug_log show me these lines:
 * [24-Nov-2016 11:53:37 UTC] PHP Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction
   in effect. File(E:\www\XXX.eu\httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/http://XXX.eu/wp-admin/
   admin.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (E:/www/XXX.eu\;C:\Windows\Temp\)
   in E:\www\XXX.eu\httpdocs\wp-admin\menu-header.php on line 150
    [24-Nov-2016

 * I have never heard of this issue before, and like you, I am not sure how to fix
   it.
 * Google shows me this:

 * But it seems the real problem seems to be with your hosting setup, so the best
   option would be to contact your host in this instance.
