# Error “PDF document failed to load”

 * When I download a PDF through Download Monitor (using Dropbox URL) and try to
   open it I’m getting this error “PDF document failed to load. Reload?”
 * If I download directly from dropbox the PDF works fine.

 * To use Dropbox URL’s, please replace “0” with “1” in the URL generated in Dropbox
   before adding them in our plugin.
 * Let us know if that resolves the issue.
