Hi @guestpostplugin

That’s quite difficult error to debug as it may be due to few things:
1. Your server don’t have enough space to make the backup.
– Even if it tells you that there is enough we noticed that some hosts fakes the real free space. Which causes the issue. Make sure you can fill up the space e.g. with 1 GB file via FTP.

2. Some file is broken or has different file system.
– In those cases mostly touching all files is enough. For this you need SSH access. And use this command: find /home/studio77j/public_html/ -exec touch {} +

3. In some cases updating core solves the issue as its do similar thing as in 2) point.

You can also try different backup method for one time (PHP CLI is recommended).
You can find them in „other options” section at the bottom:
- “Bypass web server timeout directive – backup process may be slower”
- …or “Bypass web server limits – it will disable automatic backup and possibility to run it in the background”
- Don’t forget to save the settings 🙂
