# error payment

       Form creation (name, email address, radio buttons, calculations,
       PayPal)
       I have listed multiple contents and amounts with radio buttons.
       In the calculation, I selected the radio button.
       Finally, in PayPal editing, I calculated the Payment amount.
       After completing the form, I tested it, but it says "error has occurred. I'm having trouble confirming my payment".
       In Stripe, it says "No fields".
       What is the cause?

 * I did see something going on in this form.
 * The min amount for PayPal is 1.00 USD and 0.5 USD for Stripe, I see the fields
   are configured to 1.0 JPY which is less than min required on PayPal and stripe.

 * Could you please try a different value on your side and check if the issue is
   gone?

 * Have you tried setting the price to 2 Yens as that seem to be the minimum amount
   for a transaction:

    The Japanese yen has 0 after the decimal point, so set it to 0. The amount
   is set at 300 yen (US dollar 2.73). I get the same error in JPY. With USD, there
   is no problem and no error occurs. If it is set to JPY, it is an error, so what
   is the cause?

 * I did some tests and could see the same issue when using 300, I sent this thread
   to our developers for a closer look.

    There is no problem with US dollars. Hong Kong dollars are
   fine. If it is Japanese Yen (JPY), any number will result in an error. I hope
   it can be solved.

    I’m a beginner so I don’t know. Should I create a new script(
   arbitrary name.js) and place it in wp-contents-> plugin-> Forminator? mu-plugin
   mu-plugin was in wp-contents →. There is nothing inside. How do I create and 
   deploy scripts? I’m sorry for being a beginner.

    If you put PHP in the mu-plugin folder, The error is no longer
   displayed, and the payment display screen is displayed without any problem. It’s

 * Yes, it should be inside the wp-content > mu-plugins folder, it was an issue 
   in the decimal amount, we reported it to developers and we are going to improve
   it in the plugin, please keep it updated.
