    Please see FAQ:

Most likely one of the servers has different firewall rules. I can’t offer personal help with this. Your or your hosting provider will have to fix it.

asked the hosting company. it turned out that on the site where the translation does not work is worth php version 7.2. and where php version 5.6 works. Could there be a mistake in this? thank.

Loco Translate is PHP 7.2 compatible, but if you want to be sure, please try the latest development version as there has been some pretty minor PHP 7 fixes of late.

Regardless, I fail to see how PHP compatibility could cause your site to render a general WordPress 404 page. Your exact problem is reported to me several times per week and nobody has ever demonstrated that this error is caused by anything other than a server configuration.

    Good morning
    Problem solved
    Hosting said so
    “Disabled mod_security for, translation works.”

Thank you very much for your work))
