• Hi there,

we have a problem with the plugin list view of all items on back end.

After changing “entries per page” to 100 for the list view of all items inside your plugin, it does not load the page. Instead of this its showing the wordpress standard error page “There was a critical error on your website”.

All the other functions “Setup new”, “Tags”, “Categories”, “Asset-Manager”, etc. are working just the list view of all download items not.

    Is this a know issue?

Thx in front of all efforts,
    Dennis

    Hi,
Please clear stats and cache data from Admin Menu >> Downloads >> Settings >> Privacy tab. That should resolve the issue.

    Hi Shafaet,

than you for going into this.

I tried that before and did it now. Additional to this I cleared browser cache and disabled and enabled the plugin too. Nothing helps.

I searched the entry for this options ““entries per page” inside the DB but I can find nothing in combination with the back-end listing of all the downloads.

    Hi again,

is there no possible way to reset the “Number of items per page” (misspelled it before) thing. I can’t use the summery page of all downloads.

Ok, found it in database: “edit_wpdmpro_per_page” was set to 100. When I change it to 40 it was still directing me to the error page, when I change it to 10 it works and I can see all downloads again.

Hope this will be corrected on a new update of your plugin.
