  • Hi,just today install a clean version of wordpress and woocommerce for try resolve one issue.

    The version of Woocommerce is 3.0.4 (too show the same error with 3.0.3)

    When you enter in System Status-Tools and press “Save changes” show this:

    ERROR: options page not found. (The route is …/wp-admin/options.php)

    ¿Is this normal or is a issue?

    Is a local version (and clean).
    I dont know what happens, im really crazy try find a solution for this.

  • I get the same error. The url and file do exist in my install. Hadn’t noticed the issue before.

    I don’t know why there is a “Save” button on that page as there are no options to save. The various buttons do actions but they are not settings that can be saved.

    If you google it, this seems to be a longstanding WordPress issue, and there are fixes developers can use. However I don’t think its a problem on the Tools page. Maybe the Save button is a leftover from a version that did have settings that could be saved.

    For some time I did not use woocommerce and I thought it was a plugin error.

    Thank you very much for the info, knowing that it is a bug or a wordpress.

    I went to WordPress ‘dashboard, pages’ made a page called ‘options’ & inserted the code ‘[woocommerce_options]’. Then went to Woocommerce ‘status, tools’ install pages and the error went …..bye bye !
