Error on Wp-Admin

    hello, i have an error on wp-admin when a user that isnot an admin logs in.

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 71 bytes) in /mounted-storage/home15c/sub001/sc12925-FSBZ/xxx/x-x/wp-content/themes/WiseBuusiness/functions.php on line 401

    any ideas why and how i can resolve?
