Error on Using Export Tool from WordPress

I have three blogs on my server and when I try to export from Tool–>Export. I get an error message that I do not have permissions to access this page. All three have the same error even if I’m logged in as administrator on the blogs.

I installed a new version of WordPress in another location and the error is not coming up. It is only on older installations.

I’m trying to move all three blogs into the new Network option.. or is there another way I can get the content out of these separate installations and get it into the network of blogs. Thanks.
