 * whenever user try to submit after complete form, they got this error: “Something
   went wrong”.
    I checked only a few emails like this. urgent to solve

 * Hi, I’m also experiencing this issue – it seems to be selective in where it happens.

 * The “something went wrong” error is very inconclusive and while it looks like
   the same issue it may be caused by a number of various reasons that may be completely
   different.
 * Please start a separate ticket of your own about it and we’ll assist you there.
