Error on submission edit

Hi,
if I click on Submissions section and then “review” I get this message:
“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”
Also if I try to approve a submission I get the same error message.

Anyone have a similar problem? How to solve it?
