    Hello. I am using the app (free) for almost 2 years. Really helpful !
    From july 15th i had trouble with woocommerce order status
    when order is marked as shipped, the token is not recognized and the automatic email is not sent
    It looks like its coming from the app. Do you know anything about it ?

    Hi, Which token? the tracking number? can you share a screenshot of the issue? please update the plugin to the latest version we just released before you try again.

    Hello, thanks for reply.
    When I add a tracking number, then validate with the “set order as shipped” I got an error “an error occures, impossible to verify token”.

    Then my customers doesnt received the email with tracking number (email automatic – your order is completed). The only way I have is to send it manually, then it works.

    If I just add the tracking number first, then refresh the order page, then mark it as shipped (or complete) that is working.

    And the same thing if I just mark the order as shipped without entering any tracking number the email is sent normally.

    Thats why I’m sure the issue is coming from the app.

    And one more thing, after adding tracking number if I set order as shipped one by one its working.

    But if I bulk it on the main order page, and set all as shipped I still have an error.

    Hi, I can’t read this language, can you send screenshots in English.
    Also, it seem that you use some kind of tracking system that returns this error, token error do not come from AST, do you use any tracking system?, you can connect to TrackShip?

    Because if I do not enter any tracking number it is working well.

    While I know you have the best of intentions, it’s forum policy that you not ask users for admin or server access. Users on the forums aren’t your customers, they’re your open source collaborators, and requesting that kind of access can put you and them at high risk.

    If they are paying customers (such as people who bought a premium service/product from you) then by all means, direct them to your official customer support system. But in all other cases, you need to help them here on the forums.

    Thankfully are other ways to get information you need:

    We know volunteer support is not easy, and this guideline can feel needlessly restrictive. It’s actually there to protect you as much as end users. Should their site be hacked or have any issues after you accessed it, you could be held legally liable for damages. In addition, it’s difficult for end users to know the difference between helpful developers and people with malicious intentions. Because of that, we rely on plugin developers and long-standing volunteers (like you) to help us and uphold this particular guideline.

    When you help users here and in public, you also help the next person with the same problem. They’ll be able to read the debugging and solution and educate themselves. That’s how we get the next generation of developers.

    We did not intend to break any forum policy. The link provided in the archived comment was actually the one to our official customer support system and we were in no way asking for admin or server access. Since this was indeed one of our paying customer and the author of the plugin author mentioned to contact us, we thought we’d make it easier for our customer by providing him/her with the link directly. As the topic was marked as resolved, we thought we’d just make sure our customer can contact us if he/she still encounters this isssue in the future !

    I think that this user is using the AST plugin for 2 years and now he has an issue that I think its caused by the Boxtel plugin
    @boxtal you can check for a conflict with your plugin and the AST plugin and let me know if we can help on our end.

    Hello, as I said I am using AST free version for about 2 years. Still having the issue on the tracking number. I also use boxtal connect for about a year.

    The issue came on july 15th. I still do not know if it is coming from AST or Boxtal. But if I do not add any tracking number on AST I don’t have any issue.

    I’ll try to open a ticket on @boxtal and I’ll let you know
