Error on save/update courses (also)

I’m on a brand new install of WP + Learnpress downloaded from WP repository ysterday (no upgrade)
I see another have similar problem but I did not want to hijack his post.

I have screenshots of the errors, should you wish to get them…
Seems to be problem with the image uploader – after adding thumbnail I just get blank page (instead of getting back to the post to further edit) … Then when I want to update/publish I get the problem with errors.

I do NOT get the errors when NOT using thumbnails (no featured image).

Another error is that when I check the “paid” radiobutton and save (when no thumbnail) nothing happens.
It keeps saying “If Paid be checked, An administrator will review then set course price and commission”.
Even if I disable the option that an admin have to review (AM admin, so should be able to put in prices anyway, but…)

Also, I cannot add course curriculum.
When I press “select lessons” nothing happens…. And when I just plot in a name and press enter, I get the errors (as above with the thumbnail) again.

Hi, designlabCPH,
I ran into the exact same problem. And I think, I was able to solve it:
There is a mistake in the code of the php file inc/custom-post-types/course.php The line 720 should be like this:

$this->review_log($new_status, $old_status, $post->ID); // pk added the arguments (were missing in original source)

With this change the course saves without problems.

So instead of
$this->review_log();
I plot in
$this->review_log($new_status, $old_status, $post->ID);
?

Confirmed that this also works for me (with only LearnPress add-on plugins currently installed and enabled in my WP install).

Unfortunately it only fixed the problem of not being able to add course curriculum – but not the rest of the problems … As it is for a client, I had to switch to another system :-/
