• I have a multisite setup and am having issues with W3TC cache purging / clearing. When I click the “purge all caches” or “empty cache” buttons I get an error page in my browser with this message:

    This page isn’t working
    domain.com is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500

    The url slug for the page is this:

    @c9dd and @alzajac, I am not having this issue anymore but the solution was a bit too difficult to document. In short, I went through a lot of database tables and cleared out old / deleted network site data, and also verified that in each of the existing site that my super admin user had permissions to be a user for that site. The purge problem seemed to be caused that some sites didn’t think my super admin user had permission to purge cache for individual sites. I am not sure exactly what the problem was or what specifically fixed it, but cleaning up the db manually did the trick. Good luck!
