• Hi WordPress Community,

I hope someone could help me out as I have been searching for an answer with no luck.

When I visit my add plugin page or when I click on view details on any installed plugin I get the same message repeated 4 times right above the add plugins title and button. Or in the modal box that shows the plugin details.

Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$slug in /sitexx/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-plugin-install-list-table.php on line 52

I have tried disabling all plugins but the issue is still occurring. I have attempted to find a solution online and found this post. https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/33330

I have deleted all transients and tried what that post says but no luck.

Could someone help me figure out what could be causing this problem?

    Thanks Everyone!

Backup your site or make sure your host has a back up before you do this. Install this plugin called Plugins Garbage Collector. It will show you what old plugins have left information in the tables and then you can get rid of them. See if cleaning up your tables will help – https://wordpress.org/plugins/plugins-garbage-collector/.

    Thank you Anita

I had the same message and used the plugins garbage collector – amazing the amount of remnant plugin tables it found.

All cleaned up now and no more error message !!!
