    I’ve ran into that esoteric error a couple of times. It’s a weird bug in WordPress. As you can see, nothing really changed in the plugin header.

    Just try uninstalling and installed once or twice, or just download the ZIP file and upload it manually.

    Let me know if it doesn’t work out at all after a few tries.

    After trying to activate it a few times and refreshing. It did activate with out any errors.

    Yep, +1 same issue here.

    if you try and activate from the new 4.6 page (basically the page when you can search, install, and now activate) it fails
    if you try from the normal admin plugins list – no props
