    We get the following error on payment.

    All settings are correct.

    Δεν βλέπουμε να κάνετε χρήση του δικού μας plugin, θα πρέπει να επικοινωνήσετε με το αντίστοιχο plugin για να σας βοηθήσουν.

    The plugin was disabled because of the error.

    Το πρόβλημα αυτό συμβαίνει σε κάθε παραγγέλια;
    Δυστυχώς δεν μπορούμε να το αναπαράγουμε διότι είσαστε σε live περιβάλλον.
    Σε “αποτυχημένη” παραγγελία πάντως φάνηκε να δουλεύει σωστά.

    Απο το λεκτικό του λάθους φάινεται να υπήρκε λάθος απο την μεριά της viva.

    First of all sorry for writing in English.

    After some test I get a successful payment using Revolut and Apple pay with Bank of Cyprus.

    When I try to use the Bank of Cyprus card directly I get the error. Seems the problem is with the bank directly.

    So, you should contact with Viva and ask them why the card is being rejected.

    Please inform us for their response, so other users will be able to know about this issue.
