# Error on "lost password"

 * I get an error in my blog when I try to recover my password through the “lost
   password”. The error is: “The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable.
   Please try again later.”
 * Does someone know what may cause it? Thanks

 * Try changing the install address of your website from phpmyadmin.
 * This is an old issue, that we discovered about one month ago and described here_[
   Link moderated – replaced with content below]_
 * In order to fix it,
    1.  go to php my admin,
    2.  edit wp-options table,
    3.  change install link for your website
    4.  use a [http://www.website](http://www.website) instead off [http://webiste](http://webiste)

 * Sorry for taking too long to reply.
 * @pcfix24 It didn’t work to me. My url was without the “www” and even with it 
   I still get the error.
