• Hi Guys,
    Been a long time fan of your plugin.
    It is awesome and has been working perfectly up until now.

    I am using Flatsome theme on WordPress 4.8.2
    When I use Safari or Firefox on my iphone to make an offer on a product listed on my site I get the following error after pressing the submit button:
    .Error There was an error sending your offer, please try again. If this problem persists, please contact us.

    Even though the error message shows up I still receive the offer notification email and can manage the offer in the backend plugin settings like one normally does.

    I have contacted some friends and asked them to make dummy offers to see if the problem exists on other devices.
    Other people have confirmed they see the error message on IOS but Android seems to be working fine.

    As for Desktop I have tried multiple browsers.
    Chrome & Firefox work and do not show an error.
    Safari however does act the same as IOS devices by showing the same error message after pressing the submit button while still receiving the notification email while still being able to manage the offer in the backend as per normal.

    So I’ve narrowed it down to an iOS & Safari Issue.

    In addition only last week I was receiving product offers on my site with everything working smoothly.
    Since then I have not changed anything drastic accept:
    upload new products
    update wordpress core 4.8.2
    update my theme to the latest version
    installed a plugin for adding page and post meta description (i disabled and re-tested still no change)

    I’ve also checked the browser console for errors each time I make an offer but can’t see anything going wrong.

    So yeah I really don’t know where to go from here that’s why I’m reaching out to you.

    I’m not sure if this is a recent issue or it has been going on for some while as I use Android and don’t use Safari very often.
    I probably wouldn’t have been aware of the issue if the customer didn’t contact me as I mentioned previously it was only a short while ago that I received an offer and the transaction went smoothly.

    Hi Jay,

    Thanks for all the detail, and I’m sorry for the delay responding. We actually had one other person reporting Safari problems, but we’ve been unable to reproduce the problem on our test sites, so we weren’t able to troubleshoot it in depth.

    If you could please submit a ticket here we’d like to work with you more directly to try and resolve this issue. To do that we’ll need to be able to work more privately together. Thanks!
