 * Hi,
 * I am new at wordpress, I able to install wordpress 4.0 successfully on my local
   system.
 * After theme installation, i can see below texts:
 * Theme installed successfully.
 * Live Preview | Activate | Return to Themes page
 * Warning: An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.
   org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please 
   try the support forums. (WordPress could not establish a secure connection to
   WordPress.org. Please contact your server administrator.) in F:\xampp\htdocs\
   wordpress\wp-includes\update.php on line 119
 * After clicking on Activate my page become blank, without error.
 * Please help me.

 * Try activating the WordPress default theme like Twenty-Twelve. If that works 
   fine then it means that your theme is not compatible with WordPress version 4.
   Contact with your theme venders. They can help you in this.
