# Error on install

 * I installed and configured it with my access key, and entered my tracking ID.
   It is giving me this error.
 * > Warning! You must provide your Amazon credentials and ensure they are valid.
   > Requests cannot be made at this time.
 * The plugin also does not work in the post editor. I type anything in the product
   search and nothing comes up.
 * Is the author no longer supporting this plugin? Nobody has answered the support
   threads here for over a year, while the sticky says he replies here every 1-2
   weeks.

 * Please note that EasyAzon 4 doesn’t work with actual WordPress version 4.6!
    
   I’ve contacted the support a couple of weeks ago and they promissed an update.
   But until now nothing happened. Easy Azon was/is a great plugin, and I am begging
   that the team will develop it further.
