Please try the following:
1) Open Instagram in another browser tab, sign out of whatever IG account you are in, and sign into the IG account you wish to display.
2) Back in your WordPress dashboard, go to Feed Them > Instagram Options and reacquire a new IG Basic access token by clicking the banner/button, then, after going through the prompts, click save (or scroll to the bottom and click the ‘Save All Changes’ button)
3) Go to Feed Them > Settings and generate a new IG shortcode
4) Replace your old shortcode and after you update/publish, clear the FTS cache so the changes can take effect.
These steps should resolve the issue. If they do not, the it is possible that another plugin or theme may be interfering. Try deactivating all plugins temporarily and trying again to see if it works. Then reactivate each plugin one by one to see which plugin is the issue.
If deactivating all plugins doesn’t help the issue try switching themes to one of the default WordPress themes then look at the page (this can be done under the Appearance tab of your install). It’s possible the theme is causing errors.
