 * I get error about the file format on upload – even if I try to upload the same.
   csv file that the plugin exported… tried to manually create the folder in temp
   and also in uploads – but no file seems to be there… any ideas?
 * The file uploaded does not seem to be a valid WP CSV import file. Please note
   that the column heading format changed in version 1.7.0! (‘ID’ became ‘wp_ID’,
   etc).
 * Expecting the first column to be ‘wp_ID’, found ‘PKZ�G�0�J?J?QuickLook/Thumbnail.
