• We’re currently using the plugin on a lot of different sites – and for some reason, they are all experiencing the same problem after the last update. the ones with WP-Rocket or other cache plugins are having issues with exporting data. (But are having no other issues)

    We tested everything pre 2.0 upgrade and the export and close-account workeded fine (Even with WP Rocket etc.)

  • In my case only send to the noreply@ email and not to the user@ email that requests the data. Simply doesn’t work.

    I undertand that you may send the e-mail to the noreply@ but i think isn’t a good practice if who requests the download the data is the user, then you send the e-mail for the user not for the noreply, i don’t understand why you are make this works this way.

    I’ve set it up like this because of the data breach notification batch emails. I don’t want to disclose users emails.

    Again, I have a test version that might fix this issue, I just need people that are facing these issues to test it out, see if it works for them.
