Error on check when using local pick option.

Getting this error when choosing local pickup as the option on the checkout page.
The order is processing but when hitting the submit button the page slides to the top and shows the message below. I also tried another theme to see if that was the issue and got the same message. I tried Simply JigoshopVersion: 2.0.11 too.
