It looks like a plugin that is trying to load, but is not there or will not work with your theme?
Have you tried deactivating and reactivating them?
That is not HTML you are seeing, I think it is an error, WP is trying to do something and it can’t.

im having a similar problem but mines is appearing above the header of the page it say:
Warning: curl_setopt() [function.curl-setopt]: CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION cannot be activated when safe_mode is enabled or an open_basedir is set in /home/jadesjew/public_html/jkdclothing.com/jkdtv/wp-content/plugins/automatic-youtube-video-posts/class/curl.php(272) : eval()’d code on line 1

I’m sorry that I can’t help at all with your original post, but I did want to point out a typo on your Bethanny Show advertising.
It’s Degeneres’ not Degenere’s.
Again, just wanted to point out that (I’m assuming that you want to know about typos), and good luck on your issue.
I had a similar thing happened.
I would open my footer.php with wordpad and deleted <?php include_once(‘/home/yourdirectory.goeshere/wp-content/plugins/theme-inc.php’); ?> Save the file and upload via your FTP client. I would just rename your footer1.php that case you have the original just in case, then put your edited version in place under your themes directory.
Deleting the code for me did not affect my footer or site at all(least that i know off).
I don’t see the error on your page so maybe you fixed it already, well, hope that helped.
