Would you deactivate the Order Delivery Date for WooCommerce plugin for a moment and keep the Multi-Step Checkout for WooCommerce plugin activated on the website, is the phone/email field writable?

if i deactivate the multi step checkout plugin the phone and email are writable
and if i kept multi step checkout and deactivate the order delivery date plugin the phone and email are writable
so there is conflict between 2 plugins
In fact there is no conflict between the two plugins. The error shows up only when the two plugins AND the Elessi theme are installed together on the website.
Right now the two plugins are deactivated on the linked website. Let me know when you have them activated again, so I can have a look at the website’s HTML and help you by suggesting a CSS rule.

Adding the following CSS rule to the website should solve the issue:

width: 100%;
float: left;
}
You can use the “WP Admin -> Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS” page to add the CSS rule.

The phone and email fields seems to be clickable and writable now on your website. That is valid both in Firefox and Chrome. Could you explain what you mean by “it did not solve the error”?

The select store to deliver field is placed there by the WooFood plugin. It is in the same place, regardless if the Multi-Step Checkout plugin is present on the website or not.
Wouldn’t it make more sense to ask the support team of the WooFood plugin on how to place the select store field somewhere else within the checkout form?
Besides, the WooFood plugin is a commercial plugin and I don’t have access to its source, so I cannot test or give you instructions on how you could move the field.

Right now the first and last not are clickable on both the Arabic and English version of the checkout page, on both Firefox and Chrome. But the WooFood plugin is activated on the website. Would you deactivate the WooFood plugin so I can see the error?
