# Error on Backup

 * Hello, when I try to backup, it gives me a windows with this url
    [site]/wp-content/
   plugins/wordpress-ez-backup/functions/logs/backupstats.php?key=bataglia
 * and this error
 * Server Error
    Invalid Response [site]/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-ez-backup/
   functions/logs/backupstats.php?key=bataglia. Error HTTP {502 (Bad Gateway): Invalid
   response.
 * Do you know what it could be?
    I’m in a windows server

 * Apologies for the Delay in my response.
 * Can you check the actual error log in the plugin. See if it says anything specific
   in there as well.
 * I have never seen a 502 error on the backupstats.php file. that is very strange.
 * 502 usually indicates a network error. Backupstats.php runs on your server it
   does not communicate outside. Its possible this was an error that occurred with
   your internet connection during that attempt.
 * Do you still have this error? also be sure your on the latest version of EZ Backup.
   I have installed it on about 5 different sites this week alone all without any
   issues.
