Error on Backup

    Hello, when I try to backup, it gives me a windows with this url
    [site]/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-ez-backup/functions/logs/backupstats.php?key=bataglia

    and this error

    Server Error
    Invalid Response
    [site]/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-ez-backup/functions/logs/backupstats.php?key=bataglia.
    Error HTTP {502 (Bad Gateway): Invalid response.

    Do you know what it could be?
    I’m in a windows server

    Apologies for the Delay in my response.

    Can you check the actual error log in the plugin. See if it says anything specific in there as well.

    I have never seen a 502 error on the backupstats.php file. that is very strange.

    502 usually indicates a network error. Backupstats.php runs on your server it does not communicate outside. Its possible this was an error that occurred with your internet connection during that attempt.

    Do you still have this error? also be sure your on the latest version of EZ Backup. I have installed it on about 5 different sites this week alone all without any issues.
