Error on Back up

    Strange error message – when I change the log it all appears ok but I’m getting this error on the main screen

    Hi Craig,

    Infinite recursion: consult your log for more information

    The message means that in your web hosting space you have a symlink (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Symbolic_link) that points to somewhere else in the web hosting space so as to create an infinite loop. This does not prevent the backup going ahead. If you read the log file, it’ll tell you where it is.
