I won’t try to reproduce til tonight, but I did just add and activate right before I posted, and fatal error was part of the message, pretty close to what I posted in the first line of my email. It was well after the last two posts with similar issues were posted. I will try on staging again tonight. I also thought I’d check to see if this plugin uses enqueue to load the scripts.
Here is the full text of the error. It’s still happening tonight and there’s no update. I’ve replaced my path with [MYPATH]

I can confirm the error is still there in version 1.13.1
