# Error on activation

 * When we activate the plugin we got the following error:
 * Wordfence generated an error on activation. The output we received during activation

 * This looks like the tables weren’t created in installation. Can you verify your
   mysql user has permissions to create tables in the database and verify that you
   have not run out of disk space?
