 * *NOT* resolved – Error is still there!! trying to activate in one sub site of
   a 4.0 multisite installation – just went in a removed the extraneous last “}”
   from that file – activated okay, but does not inspire confidence. This is to 
   be used for a one-time event, no time for bugs.
