    Please, press the button “Synchronize with cloud” in the plugin settings (Plugins-> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk -> Settings).

    After 15 minutes refresh the page.

    I did what you said, no warning. There is a problem. Even though I open the registration form from the settings, it shows up as x above. Same problem with other settings.
