Error occurring while answering the quiz from a different country

    Problem solved! I think the problem was that my hosting was blocking access to WP admin panel from non-spanish speaking countries (to avoid cyber attacks). I am not sure what this had to do with Watu, but now it looks solved.

    Hello,

    I have used other premium exams/quizzes plugins before and I am now trying Watu, which looks promising.

    However, I am experiencing a strange problem: I have created a test and everything goes fine, but it seems that when somebody accesses the test from a different country than Spain, he will get an “Error occurred” message when he clics on “Show results”.

    I have checked it in Portugal, UK and US. Anytime I answer the test I would get an error. This is not happening while I answer from a Spanish IP, as the test shows the results correctly.

    Is Watu causing this issue? I would appreciate any suggestion to solve this problem.

    I just took the test from Bulgaria and had no problems.

    Thanks prasunsen, I updated my post as it seems the problem was that my server was blocking access to WP admin panel from non-spanish speaking countries. I checked the test now from US and it is working fine.
